Ali Zaidi, the president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Sindh part, reportedly denounced Wednesday’s assault on military facilities amid the nation’s violent rallies in response to Imran Khan’s incarceration on May 9.
Ali Zaidi “strongly” condemn the May 9 attacks on military sites, refuting rumours that he may quit the PTI.
The leader of the PTI addressed a press conference in Karachi and stated that his political struggle has always been “peaceful.” Ali Zaidi also said that despite being in custody for the past few days, he was unaware of the violent attacks that followed Imran Khan’s arrest.
“PTI was not engaged with the defacement done on the Corps Administrator House, [Jinnah House],” he said. ” You can rest calmly around evening time because your lines are being safeguarded,” Ali Zaidi said.
Ali Zaidi said, “PTI did not take part in the vandalism done on the Corps Commander House and [Jinnah House].”
“Your borders are being protected so that you can sleep soundly at night,” he stated.
Imran Khan, the chairman of the PTI, was detained on May 9 in connection with the Al-Qadir corruption investigation, and thousands of party members, including Zaidi, were also detained.
Ali Zaidi responded to a question regarding whether or not he would leave the PTI like Mahmood Moulvi and Amir Kayani.
The other two party leaders: I will leave the PTI when Imran Khan leaves. He stated, “They would have to shoot me in the head if they wanted me to leave PTI.”
“Nobody can make me leave PTI regardless of whether Imran Khan fires me. My party is there. “I did it,” Ali Zaidi declared.

Former MNA and senior member of the opposition Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Amir Mehmood Kiyani has chosen to leave the group owing to a “difference of opinion.”
IN AN EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW, the PTI leader told ARY News that he would soon address a crucial conference and declare his resignation from PTI and “politics.”
He expressed regret for the May 9 violent protests by PTI officials, employees, and fans and said that the incidents caused him to reevaluate his plans for a political career.
“I made my decision two months ago, but I’ll officially declare it today,” he explained, adding that he couldn’t defy the military.
MNA Mahmood Moulvi of PTI Karachi leaves the party.
Mahmood Moulvi, a Karachi-based MNA for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reportedly announced his resignation from the party on Tuesday.
DURING A NEWS CONFERENCE IN KARACHI, THE PTI MNA resigned from the party. Citing attacks on defence installations during the nation’s violent marches on May 9 after Imran Khan’s arrest.
He declared, “I have never opposed the army and never will.”
Moulvi went on to say that he might start a new political party or join a philanthropic organization.
